Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Mammoth Giveaways Ltd, registered in NI727683, with its principal
office at Suite 4000 to 4025, 6 Margaret St, Newry, Co. Down, BT341DF.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18
years and over. Employees of Mammoth Giveaways, their immediate family members,
agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to
enter.

3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 20th of April 2025 and closes on 22nd of May 2025 at 1159pm GMT. If fewer than 10,000 tickets are sold by the closing date, the promoter may extend the competition period by up to 7 days. Any extension will be announced via email, the Mammoth Giveaways website, and social media channels.

4. Prize Details
The winner will receive:
• Two tickets to an Oasis concert 4th of November, Marvel Stadium, Melbourne.
Entry for two to the full week of the 2025 Melbourne Horse Racing Festival.
VIP tickets for Ladies Day, including access to exclusive areas and hospitality.
Seven nights' accommodation in Melbourne (minimum 4-star or equivalent), from 2nd November to 9th November 2025.
• A €3,700 / £3,200 flight voucher to be redeemed with a premier airline for return flights from the UK or Ireland to Australia.
If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. How to Enter
Participants must purchase an eligible entry package via the Mammoth Giveaways platform at themammothgiveaways.com. Each package includes a set number of entries, clearly displayed before purchase. Promotional entry methods, such as bonus entries or referrals, may also be available and will be outlined on the competition page.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random using a certified random number generator. The draw will take place on 22nd May 2025. The winner will be contacted within two business days and announced on the Mammoth Giveaways website and social media.
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn using the same method.

7. Prize Delivery & Redemption
Details regarding ticket access, accommodation, and flight voucher redemption will be provided directly to the winner. The winner must hold a valid passport and meet all visa or travel requirements for Australia. Travel insurance, meals, and personal expenses are not included. The promoter is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties. Once the prize is awarded, Mammoth Giveaways accepts no responsibility for any losses, damages, injuries, or incidents that occur during travel or while on the trip. The winner and their guest are responsible for their own conduct and safety.

8. Verification & Consent
The promoter may request ID or proof of eligibility. By entering, participants agree to these terms. The winner agrees to take part in promotional activity and consents to the use of their first name, town or city, and photo for publicity.

9. Privacy
Personal data will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner, and (with consent) send marketing updates. Data is handled according to the Mammoth Giveaways Privacy Policy, available at themammothgiveaways.com. Participants can opt out of marketing at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Mammoth Giveaways is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense related to the competition or the prize. This includes changes to flights, events, accommodation, or services provided by third parties.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Participants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in those jurisdictions.
