1. Promoter
The promoter is Mammoth Giveaways Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI727683, with its principal office at Suite 4000-4025, 6 Margaret Street, Newry, County Down, BT341DF, Northern Ireland.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Mammoth Giveaways, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 20th April 2025 and closes on 15th May 2025 at 11:59 p.m. GMT.
If fewer than 600 entries are received by the closing date, the promoter reserves the right to extend the competition by up to 7 days.
Any extension will be communicated via email and announced on the Mammoth Giveaways website and social media platforms.
If the entry threshold is still not met after the extension, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equivalent value based on total entries received, or to refund all participants in full.

4. Prize Details
The winner will receive their choice of one (1) brand-new smartphone:

– Samsung Galaxy S25
The winner will be contacted to select their preferred model and color (subject to availability).
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and no alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated by the promoter.

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must purchase an eligible entry package via the Mammoth Giveaways platform at themammothgiveaways.com.
Entry packages may include multiple entries depending on the purchase tier.
Bonus entries, referrals, and promotional entry methods may also be offered and will be clearly detailed on the competition page.
The number of entries per package will be visible before purchase.
Where applicable, a no-purchase necessary entry route will be provided on the website.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen at random using a certified random number generator via random.org, ensuring fairness and transparency.
The draw will take place on the first business day following the final closing date (or extended date, if applicable).
The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 2 business days and announced on the Mammoth Giveaways website and social media.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, a redraw may take place using the same method.

7. Prize Delivery
Once verified and the preferred prize has been selected, the chosen smartphone will be ordered and shipped directly to the winner’s address.
Mammoth Giveaways will keep the winner informed throughout the process and provide tracking details.
The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by stock issues, delivery providers, or incorrect shipping details.
