Barcelona Getaway for Two

1. Promoter
The promoter is Mammoth Giveaways Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI727683, with its principal office at Suite 4000-4025, 6 Margaret Street, Newry, County Down, BT34 1DF, Northern Ireland.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Mammoth Giveaways, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 1st May 2025 and closes on 21st May 2025 at 11:59 p.m. GMT.
If fewer than 400 entries are received by the closing date, the promoter reserves the right to extend the competition by up to 7 days.
Any extension will be communicated via email and announced on the promoter’s website and social channels.

4. How to Enter
Participants can enter the competition by purchasing a ticket at www.themammothgiveaways.com.
Each ticket purchased counts as one entry into the prize draw.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
No free entries are available.

5. The Prize
One winner will receive the following:
- 3 nights' accommodation for 2 people in a 4-star hotel in central Barcelona,
- A flight voucher valued at £500 or €600 (depending on the winner’s location), redeemable for round-trip flights from any major UK or Irish airport to Barcelona.
The prize must be taken within 12 months of the draw date and is subject to availability. Accommodation dates may exclude peak periods (e.g. Easter, summer holidays, Christmas, New Year).
The winner is responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents and meet all travel requirements for Spain.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random using a third-party verified random number generator provided by www.random.org.
The draw will take place on 22nd May 2025.
The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the draw and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond within this time, the promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.

7. Publicity & Personal Data
By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and county for promotional purposes if they win.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy available on the website.

8. General
This competition is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
