1. Promoter
The promoter is Mammoth Giveaways Pty Ltd, ABN 64 679 124 477, with its principal office at Suite 9, 83 Cedric Street, Stirling, Western Australia 6021.

2. Who Can Enter
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over who live in states and territories where permits are not required for chance-based promotions. Eligible locations include: Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. Residents of New South Wales, South Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter. Employees of Mammoth Giveaways, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.

3. Competition Dates
The competition opens at 12:00 a.m. AWST on 20 April 2025 and closes at 11:59 p.m. AWST on 22 May 2025. If fewer than 2,000 tickets are sold by the closing date, the promoter reserves the right to extend the competition period by up to 7 days, with a revised closing date of no later than 29 May 2025 at 11:59 p.m. AWST. Any such change will be communicated via email, the official Mammoth Giveaways website, and social media channels.

4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must purchase a ticket via the Mammoth Giveaways website and provide their correct contact details. Each ticket purchased constitutes one valid entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these terms will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details
The winner will receive the following prize package:
- 2 x tickets to see Oasis live in Melbourne
- Entry to the full week of the Melbourne Horse Racing Festival, including general admission for all race days
- VIP access on Ladies Day at the Melbourne Racing Festival
- 7 nights of 4-star accommodation in downtown Melbourne, check-in on 2 November 2025 and check-out on 9 November 2025
- A $5,000 AUD cash prize
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on 22 May 2025, or a later date if extended. The draw will be conducted using a verifiable, randomised selection process. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s name will also be announced on the Mammoth Giveaways website and social media platforms. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw.

7. Verification
The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency from the winner before awarding the prize. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification and a redraw.

8. Travel Conditions
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they:
- Are available to attend the prize events between 2 and 9 November 2025
- Cover any additional expenses not included in the prize, including travel to and from Melbourne, meals, and incidentals
No compensation will be offered if the winner is unable to attend the prize events for any reason.

9. Liability
Mammoth Giveaways is not liable for:
- Any loss, injury, or damage incurred by the winner while attending the prize events
- Changes or cancellations by event organisers or accommodation providers
- Costs beyond the stated prize (e.g. insurance, additional transport, personal expenses)
The winner agrees to participate in the prize at their own risk and is responsible for their own conduct and safety throughout.

10. General
By entering, participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter may update these terms without notice if required by law or regulatory guidance. This competition is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
