1. Promoter
The promoter is Mammoth Giveaways Pty Ltd, ABN 64 679 124 477, with its principal office at Suite 9, 83 Cedric Street, Stirling, Western Australia 6021.

2. Who Can Enter
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over who live in states or territories that do not require a permit for chance-based promotions.
Eligible jurisdictions include Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory.
Residents of New South Wales, South Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter.
Employees of Mammoth Giveaways, their immediate family members, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are also excluded.

3. Competition Dates
The competition opens on 20 April 2025 and closes on 15 May 2025 at 11:59 p.m. AWST.
If fewer than 600 tickets are sold by the closing date, the promoter may extend the competition for up to 7 days.
Any updates to the draw date will be communicated via email and announced on our website and social media channels.

4. The Prize
The prize is one brand-new smartphone of the winner’s choice: either an Apple iPhone 16 or Samsung Galaxy S25, as described on the competition entry page.
The winner will be contacted to confirm their preferred model and colour, subject to availability.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must purchase an entry package through the Mammoth Giveaways platform at www.themammothgiveaways.com.
Entry packages may include multiple entries, depending on the selected tier.
We may also offer bonus entries, referral programs, or promotional giveaways, all clearly outlined on the competition page.
The number of entries included with each package will be displayed before purchase.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on the first business day after the competition closes, or later if extended.
The draw will be carried out using a verifiable randomisation process (Random.org).
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry within 2 business days of the draw.
The winner’s name will also be published on the Mammoth Giveaways website and social media channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

7. Verification
The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding the prize.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in disqualification and a redraw.

8. Liability
Mammoth Giveaways is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
- Technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, or any other issue outside its control.
The winner is responsible for any taxes or legal obligations related to receiving the prize.

9. General
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
This competition is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
