1. Promoter
The promoter is Mammoth Giveaways Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI727683, with its principal office at Suite 4000-4025, 6 Margaret Street, Newry, County Down, BT341DF, Northern Ireland.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Mammoth Giveaways, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
The competition begins on 20th April 2025 and ends on 22nd May 2025 at 11:59 p.m. GMT.
The draw will take place on the first business day following the final closing date. However, if fewer than 400 entries have been sold by the closing date, the promoter reserves the right to extend the competition for up to 7 additional days.
Any updates to the draw date or time will be communicated via email and announced on Mammoth Giveaways’ website and social media channels.

4. Prize Details
The prize is one luxury wristwatch, with the brand and model specified on the competition entry page.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must purchase an eligible entry package via the Mammoth Giveaways platform at themammothgiveaways.com.
Entry packages may include multiple entries, depending on the purchase tier.
Promotional entry methods (such as bonus entries, referrals, or free promotional offers) may also be offered and will be clearly disclosed on the competition page.
The number of entries allocated per package will be displayed prior to purchase.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random using a certified random number generator to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable laws.
The draw will take place on the first business day following the final closing date, or after any extension as outlined in Section 3.
The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 2 business days and publicly announced on our website and social media platforms.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, a redraw may occur using the same method.
A record of the draw process will be kept for auditing purposes.
